About

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with five years of utterly related working experience. My father, a retired telecommunications engineer, had a fundamental role in exposing me to electrical engineering. During my adolescence, I used to observe him working with various circuits covered by colorful LEDs, which made me an island of curiosity surrounded by a sea of question marks about how those devices functioned. I grew up with this ardor until, in high school, I became fascinated by mathematics, physics, and laboratory-based courses, subjects that were vastly included in the electrical engineering curriculum. This made me determined to proceed with my academic education in this field. Hence, I strived to pass the highly competitive university entrance exam, and I aced the test with a definitive ranking, making me eligible to enter Yazd University, a highly-ranked state-run university.

I have been always trying to keep myself up-to-date by means of doing research, self-studies, and taking part in various international online courses.

Notably, having impressed the Electronics I course professor with my mastery of the subject and leadership potential, I served as a teaching assistant. Through this, I became acquainted with the fair and reliable grading system and learned how to assist other knowledge seekers and the academic community.

Moreover, since I have a competent command of programming, I instructed two independent Arduino Microcontroller and LabVIEW programming courses held for graduate and undergraduate students of Yazd University. My invaluable teaching experiences were the ideal platforms that provided me with the opportunity to delve into more profound concepts that had remained unexplored during my learning process. Furthermore, it allowed me to extend my academic networks and have a chance to get involved in my students’ future projects. On account of the positive feedback I received from my students, I have decided to take one step further on this path; therefore, I am preparing an online course for the FARADARS Institute in Iran entitled “Numerical Computation Using LabVIEW Software” which will be available for all Iranian students and teachers. Providing a national-scale course has considerably bolstered my self-esteem.

In terms of academic volunteer work, I’ve always tried to be useful to the department where I study my major. I was an active member of the Electrical Engineering Student’s Association of Yazd University for one year in 2017. The main purpose of this association is to organize faculty activities and publish magazines and help students in all academic aspects. In addition, I was an active member of the student committee in managing the sessions and events of the 27th Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering which was held at Yazd University on Apr. 2019. During this event, I met so many academic persons from different universities and I received some constructive comments about my career path.
